A Moot Court is an extracurricular activity in which students take part in simulated court proceedings, which usually involves drafting in oral argument. Moot court and law review are the two key extracurricular activities in which law schools are encouraged to take part. The students take part in moot court competitions tend to focus on subjects such as public laws, human rights law, international humanitarian law, trade law and international commercial arbitration.
