FIMT-School of Journalism & Mass Communication (FIMT-SJMC) is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The department runs a 3 years degree course of Bachelor of Arts (Journalism & Mass Communication). Journalism & Mass communication has emerged as an important field contributing in development & empowerment of the society. FIMT-SJMC also focuses on imparting good knowledge about Media Literacy. Over the past decade, FIMT-SJMC has explored its academic activities to meet the requirement of rapidly changing media and communication industry. FIMT-SJMC understands the urge of evolution of technology and hence serves society by providing skilled and trained media students. During 3 years course, students not only get in-depth knowledge about every area of Mass Communication & Journalism but also get various platforms to showcase their creativity as per their area of interest.
